My role in the Employer Assistant (EA):
Define content strategy
Provide conversation maps, outlines, and sample dialogues to a third-party scriptwriter
Review and edit scripts
Create and maintain an NLP doc with industry-specific synonyms and language patterns for EA to “learn” (e.g., alternative ways to describe “medical claims” might be “doctor bills,” “treatment costs,” “healthcare costs,” or “medical expenses”)
Work with cross-functional teams to verify that EA is consistently providing up-to-date responses
Study user input into the chatbot (e.g., what types of questions people ask EA) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
