Content Strategy Documents

These documents show the range of content strategy I do. Some would describe them as “boring,” and that’s okay! Sometimes content strategy IS boring. This type of documentation is the nuts and bolts of strategy and they don’t get talked about much, but they are key to doing enterprise content strategy work.

Copy Deck

This is an example of a copy deck where new pages were being created. You can see comments on the doc to get an idea of what my thought process was.

Content Matrix

This is an example of a content matrix where we were migrating from one content management system to another while incorporation testing and content edits.

Conversation Flow

This is an example of a chatbot conversation flow with content edits.
