Here are a few examples of microcopy I’ve written.

The first two screenshots are examples of a before and after redesigned dashboard for EmployerAccess, a portal employers use to manage their employee benefits.

The second two screenshots are a before and after redesign of a Contact Us page for brokers, where the business ask was to promote chat services.

And the third is another before and after dashboard redesign for Producer Toolbox, a portal brokers use to serve their clients.

My role in the Employer Assistant (EA):

-Define content strategy

-Create conversation maps, outlines, and sample dialogues to development

-Review and edit scripts

-Create and maintain an NLP doc with industry-specific synonyms and language patterns for EA to “learn” (e.g., alternative ways to describe “medical claims” might be “doctor bills,” “treatment costs,” “healthcare costs,” or “medical expenses”)

-Work with cross-functional teams to verify that EA is consistently providing up-to-date responses

-Study user input into the chatbot (e.g., what types of questions people ask EA) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

This project was a good example of satisfying the business needs as well as our user’s needs. In a nutshell, Marketing needed to retire 100s of third-party PURLs filled with content for our new employer groups to cut costs. My job was to plan and execute on how to integrate this content within our own hosted portal.

As a volunteer, I helped womenhelpingwomen.org, a local non-profit, reorganize the content on their site while also re-writing and editing it.

From concepting to end printed product, this 24-page direct mail brochure created for The In-HOWse Designer Conference captured the every day demands of an in-house designer, and why attending the Conference is a necessity.

This newsletter complemented the three-part Avlimil Passion Plan system, a nutraceutical package mailed to subscribers. Written in a fun, exciting voice and filled with tips and tricks to improve intimacy between couples, the newsletter was a fun voice of the brand.

In collaboration with a design agency, I created the content and made sure it passed all FDA guidelines.

Content created to introduce a new product along with a new slipper sole technology.
